NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND D.C., EXCLUDING NEW YORK, FLORIDA AND RHODE ISLAND. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA AND RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Wilcox Brand LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, 453 Arena Hub Plaza #1053, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. Contact: hello@aibychuck.com ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion and Entry Period

This is the Own Your Town Giveaway, Nov 9–13, 2026 (the "Giveaway"), a single, stand-alone promotion with its own rules, entries, drawings and prizes. Entries from any other Sponsor promotion do not count here. Entry Period: Monday, Nov 9, 2026, 12:00:00 a.m. ET to Friday, Nov 13, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Five (5) drawings take place (Section 8). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida and Rhode Island, whose business's principal place of business is in an eligible state. Entrants must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in their state, if higher) at entry, and must own a business or be authorized to act for one. Which state counts: the state of the business's principal place of business (its main office or headquarters). If that is unclear, the entrant's state of legal residence decides. Both must be eligible states. Winners confirm both at verification; Sponsor may ask for reasonable proof. Not eligible: employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor, their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members; and any business that has already won any ai by Chuck giveaway prize in the current calendar year. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

Three ways. Each gets the same one (1) entry and the same chance to win. No purchase necessary.

A. Facebook comment (primary). During the Entry Period, comment on either of the two official Own Your Town Giveaway video posts published by the ai by Chuck Facebook Page with your business name, city and state (example: "Mike's Roofing, Wilkes-Barre, PA"). Only comments on those official Page posts count. Comments on ads, shares, other people's posts, other Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, Messenger, or any other page or platform do not count. A comment counts only if it is posted during the Entry Period; the time Facebook shows on the comment is used. A comment that is missing the business name, city or state is not an entry until it is completed (by editing the comment or adding a complete one) during the Entry Period. Comments that are deleted or hidden by the commenter, or removed for breaking Facebook's rules, are void. Commenting on both video posts, or more than once, still gives only one (1) entry. If your comment is drawn, Sponsor will contact you through Facebook (see Section 8). Because comments are public, anyone can see what you post; if you'd rather not enter publicly, use B or C.

B. Web form (alternate, free). During the Entry Period, complete the entry form at https://www.aibychuck.com/giveaway with your full name, business name, city, the state of your business's principal place of business, email and phone number. Website is optional. You must check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. The form has an optional, unchecked box to receive marketing email; checking it or not has no effect on your entry or your chance to win.

C. Email (alternate, free). During the Entry Period, email hello@aibychuck.com, subject "Own Your Town Nov 9–13, 2026", with your full name, business name, city, the state of your business's principal place of business, email and phone number.

Tagging, sharing and liking are not required. You do not have to tag anyone, share any post, like or follow the Page, or react to enter or win, and doing any of these does not give an extra entry or improve your odds. Likes, shares, reactions, tags, Direct Messages, and comments anywhere other than the official Page posts in A are not entries.

Limit: one (1) entry per business (and per person) for this Giveaway, across all methods combined (comment, web form and email). If more than one entry is received for the same business, the first complete entry received counts and the rest are void. If different people enter the same business, the business can win only once and the prize goes to an owner or authorized representative of that business. Your one entry stays in every remaining drawing until it wins. Entering earlier means your entry is in more drawings; entering later means fewer. Entries by bots, scripts, or multiple or fake identities are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, Facebook outages, or technical failures.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Fifteen (15) prizes: three (3) per drawing, five (5) drawings.

Totals for the Giveaway: 5 Grand Prizes ($17,475) + 10 Runner-up prizes ($7,500) = $24,975 total ARV, 15 winners. ARV basis: ARV is list price × 5 months, because every paying customer's first month is a 30-day free trial, so 6 free months saves a paying customer 5 billable months.

Website and domain (please read). The website and domain name we set up for your prize are registered to and owned by Wilcox Brand LLC; they are not part of the prize. If you don't continue after the free period, the site comes down and Wilcox Brand LLC keeps the domain. We won't use that domain for any other business, point it to anyone else, or offer it for sale. Your own text, photos and logo stay yours; ask within 30 days after the free period and we'll send you a copy.

6. Prize Terms

• The prize delivers its full value on its own. No purchase, payment or card is needed to claim, activate or use it. Winners never give a card and never go through trial signup; Sponsor sets up each prize by hand.
• Ad spend is NOT included. Any advertising spend (for example Google or Facebook ad budgets) is optional. If a winner chooses to run ads, the winner pays the ad platform directly.
• Optional paid add-ons are not part of the prize. After a prize is accepted and activated, Sponsor may offer optional paid add-ons (for example email or Facebook posting services). Buying one is never required, and declining has no effect on the prize.
• Service must start within 60 days after winner confirmation, or the prize is forfeited. The 6 months run back to back from the start date.
• After month 6 the prize simply ends. No automatic switch to a paid plan, no auto-renewal, and no card is taken or kept on file. If the winner doesn't continue, the site comes down after the free period ends (see "Website and domain" in Section 5).
• Continuing is optional. A winner who wants to continue signs up separately under Sponsor's standard terms, including its auto-renewal terms, with clear, express consent to the price and terms. Deciding not to continue has no effect on the prize.
• If a winner cancels, stops using the service, or is terminated for violating the client terms before month 6, the remaining months are forfeited. No cash or credit for unused months.
• Prizes are services, not cash. No cash value, no cash alternative, non-transferable, no substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a package becomes unavailable.
• The winner must accept ai by Chuck's client terms of service, which we'll provide before service starts. If they conflict with these Rules about the prize itself, these Rules control.
• ARV is based on Sponsor's list price on the date of these Rules (Section 5).
• One prize per person and per business in this Giveaway, and one win per business per calendar year across all ai by Chuck promotions.

7. Odds

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in each drawing. Entries made earlier are eligible for more drawings.

8. Drawings and Notification

Sponsor runs each drawing using random.org and saves screenshots as records. In each drawing, Sponsor randomly draws three (3) potential winners, in order, from eligible entries (Facebook comments on official Page giveaway posts, web form, and email combined) not already drawn. The 1st name drawn gets that drawing's Grand Prize; the 2nd and 3rd get Runner-up prizes. - Drawings 1–4: 7:00 p.m. ET on Mon Nov 9, Tue Nov 10, Wed Nov 11 and Thu Nov 12, 2026, each from eligible entries received by 6:59:59 p.m. ET that day and not yet drawn. There is no Friday drawing. - Drawing 5: Monday, Nov 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, from all remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period. A drawn entry is removed from later drawings. One prize per business. Potential winners are notified by the method they used to enter. Facebook-comment entries: Sponsor replies to the winning comment on the official Page post and/or sends a Facebook message asking the potential winner to contact Sponsor at hello@aibychuck.com. Web form and email entries: Sponsor emails the address given (and may also call the phone number given). The 72-hour response time starts when the reply, message or email is sent. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, a card number or a password. Winners must respond within 72 hours after notice is sent and sign a declaration of eligibility and release; Grand Prize winners must also provide a W-9 (Section 9). If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not meet Section 9, the prize is forfeited and an alternate may be drawn from remaining eligible entries. A drawn entrant is a "potential winner" until verified. Sponsor may announce a drawing as "drawn, pending verification." Confirmed winners are expected to be announced on or about Monday, Nov 23, 2026; alternate draws may delay this.

9. Taxes — Condition of Winning

• Every prize is taxable income to the winner at its ARV, even though it is a service and not cash. The winner owes any income tax on it and pays it from the winner's own money. Sponsor does not withhold or pay winners' taxes.
• Grand Prize winners ($3,495) must give Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will file IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the ARV. No W-9 within the response time = prize forfeited and an alternate may be drawn.
• Runner-up prizes ($750) are below the 2026 IRS reporting threshold of $2,000; no W-9 is needed. Sponsor will request a W-9 from any winner whose prizes from Sponsor in a calendar year total $2,000 or more.

10. Publicity and Featuring Entrants

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant agrees that Sponsor may feature the entrant's business name, city and state, and any preview website Sponsor builds for that business, in Sponsor's posts, videos and Reels (including winner announcements and before/after videos) on the ai by Chuck Facebook Page and other ai by Chuck channels, during and after the Giveaway, without further pay. Winners also agree that Sponsor may use the winner's name for the same purposes. Sponsor will build any preview using only the business's publicly available information and Sponsor's own designs, and will not use photos of people, or imply that a business endorses ai by Chuck, without that business's separate permission. A preview is a free sample made by Sponsor; it is not a prize, not a purchase, and not an extra entry. How to opt out: email hello@aibychuck.com with the subject "Don't feature my business," or reply "don't feature" under your comment on the official post. Opting out does not affect your entry or your chance to win. Sponsor will stop new uses and remove or edit existing posts it controls within 7 days after receiving the request. Sponsor cannot recall content that others have already shared or saved. Tagging, sharing and featuring never earn bonus entries (Section 4).

11. Facebook/Meta Release

Because this Giveaway is announced on Facebook and accepts entries by Facebook comment: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Meta. Each entrant fully releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram and their affiliates from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Questions go to Sponsor at hello@aibychuck.com, not to Facebook or Meta.

12. Privacy

Sponsor (not Meta) collects entrant information to run this Giveaway: verify eligibility, draw and contact winners, deliver prizes and meet tax and legal duties. For Facebook-comment entries, Sponsor may use the comment text, public profile name, and any email or phone you later provide for verification. Comments on Facebook are public and are also subject to Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Entering does not sign you up for marketing texts or calls; Sponsor will not send marketing texts or autodialed or AI-voice calls without separate, express written consent. Entrants get marketing email only if they check the optional opt-in box on the entry form or separately ask for it. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. W-9 information is used only for tax reporting and kept secure.

13. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to these Rules. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Giveaway or breaks these Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or anything outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and draw from eligible entries received before then. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor and its members, managers and agents from claims arising from the Giveaway or a prize, and Sponsor's total liability is limited to the ARV of the prize. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Disputes

Pennsylvania law governs. Disputes are resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
